Orphaned Crawl Maps

Sometimes URLs are orphaned (found via say the XML Sitemap) and link to other orphaned pages -- would be useful to have those pages visualized within the Crawl Map as well to highlight that issue.

Note: would need to make sure that pages that are linked that are in the regular crawl map don't fall into the orphaned bucket too.
