ada / Website accessibility compliant ( Canada and USA )

Current accessibility rating doesn't seem to take account the laws for "A", "AA" and "AAA" standards in both Canada and USA or other countries for that matter. When I look at a site I don't have the option to listen to it using tts or similar and I still get a "90" on the accessibility score. It seems like soon this would be a valuable metric to take not of.
